Our company started to operate in the field of building service engineering. However, we participate in the building and reconstruction works of family houses, industrial and public facilities also.

We mainly focus on the implementation of wall and ceiling heating installations, heating centres, gas networks and ventilation systems with heat regenerators. Furthermore, our activities also include the construction and implementation of water- and sewage water, solar cell and solar collector systems.

As building service engineering systems are an essential part of the building, during work we use products with the highest quality, such as Viessmann, Rehau, Zehnder, Loxone, in order to ensure that these products will satisfy customer needs over a long time.

From the very beginning, we have aimed to conduct needs assessment and make proper plans prior to the construction. Carefully designed and properly dimensioned systems can be constructed and operated cost-effectively. Time, money and energy invested in preparation and design are always pay off even in the phase of construction.

Building engineering elements such as heating, cooling, ventilation and hot water production are usually managed separately and independently by manufacturers and contractors. However, a completely energy-efficient building will combine these management tasks in one unit, and work together with other functions like lighting and shading. For example, you can save considerable amount of heating costs by your smarthome which pulls up the blinds in a sunny weather during winter time and lets the sunshine heat your home. Today, a smarthome is available for everyone. The cost of complete building management system is almost equal to the total amount of money spent on the separate management of each building elements. We prefer the Loxone system due to its reliability, good value for money and modularity.
